Eagle Creek has been a leader in durable adventure gear and smart organizational travel solutions since 1975, pioneering innovations like packing cubes. Following the pandemic's impact on travel, they sought my expertise to transition two staff members from merchandisers to go-to-market brand leaders.
Collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, eCommerce, Creative, and Product Development Teams, I delivered comprehensive training and support to the newly appointed team members. My focus on brand storytelling, product marketing, sustainability, and project management facilitated a quick onboarding process. Delfast is a leading global eBike manufacturer, renowned for producing eco-friendly bikes that hold the Guinness World Record for the greatest distance traveled on a single charge (228 miles). After relocating its headquarters from Kyiv, Ukraine, to Los Angeles, California, the company sought my expertise as CMO to drive its penetration into the U.S. market.
Collaborating closely with the Founder and Executive Team in LA, I managed a remote marketing team in Ukraine and forged strategic partnerships with U.S. agencies. Mindfulness Standard

The Mindfulness Standard is a wellness platform offering a website and app to support Mindfulness Teachers in managing their classes and growing their businesses. Facing challenges in attracting new students, I was brought on to enhance membership value.
Collaborating with the Founder, we developed a 4-part online curriculum that trains Mindfulness Teachers in Marketing & Business Essentials. This curriculum instructs students on how to create business and marketing goals and utilize tools like websites, email, and social media to drive brand awareness and participant engagement.
Remote Class Facilitation: Co-facilitate online classes that teach international students, while encouraging personal sharing and safe feedback.
Brand Platform & Identity Development: Guide students in defining their mission, vision, and values while exploring their brand logo, visual cues, and voice.
